MEET THE CHEF
Fabrice Penet was born in Grenoble France in 1979, where
his parents owned a Creperie after his mother, "Chez Mireille".
However it was from his grandmother, whom Fabrice spent most of his childhood with, that he discovered the love of cooking. That's why he decided to go to The Hoteliere school in Grenoble and to make the love of cooking his career.
After working on the French Riviera, Fabrice tried his luck abroad and landed first in Mexico where he would spend five years helping to run a small French restaurant, and then in Napa where he has lived for the last 7 years.
Following in his parent's footsteps Fabrice is now bringing the delicious and traditional French crepes of his childhood to the beautiful people of the Napa Valley with French Corner Crepes and Catering Services...the only real French crepes in Napa.
